The internet photo's made the neighborhood look so quiet. So quiet! you can hear a mouse. In fact, you can hear a whole slew of them. Playing on the counters, running through the walls; And their droppings are everywhere. It's disgusting. I've caught at least 2-3 each month I've been here. and that's been over a year at lest. All at my expence of course. The cheap window coverings they provide tear easily and it's not easy getting them replaced as the sizes are irregular. The sound of the maintenence men in the laundry room just finnegeling about is disturbing, as i have a young daughter. Sometimes home alone. Try looking for a parking space when you get off work in the evening. Litterallly impossible when over half of all the cars parked here do not even live in the building. I guess the sign on the dumster stating "all unauthorized vehicles will be towed" is a huge deterrant. You have to park on the street, where other cars have been vandalized, and risk walking through the brush and trespassing on the mices' terretory. The walls are so thin. You'd better expect to here a variety of music, babies crying, and the televisions' emergency broadcasting system check at 3a.m. My ceiling has circles from trying to wake up the neighbor with my broom to turn the tv or radio down all night. But then again some people find the loud, banging drums of reggae music soothing while trying to rest after 12 hours of work. Not Me. If you have no choice to move here like me. I guess you have no choice. But if you ever needed motivation to get your credit in order, this is the place to do it. Good Luck.

I totally disagree with this resident, Moravia is a good place to live. Most of the people who complain about mice don't keep good housekeeping and are in denial. If you leave food around in your apartment then you are going to have mice. They have an exterminator that comes out each week. First of all parking you knew about this before you moved in and they tell you that there is no assign parking. So I guess this neighbor has bad credit then . Personally, they can leave because the people that always complain are miserable with there life.
