Management is terrible, residents are terrible, living conditions are terrible!!! This is the worst complex I have ever seen in my life that houses college students. You would think section 8 lives here. I think section 8 would even complain about the awful living conditions. Do not send your children here unless you want them to catch contact from a blunt while taking the elevator or have to hear music blasting until 2a.m. on a Tuesday. There is inadequate security and the rent goes up every year, yet there are no changes being made. Please trust me on this one. Morgan should be ashame of themselves.

I would agree with the other comment. I have lived in Morgan View since 2005 we have 3 different managers. The students are very noisy, the fire alarms are always going off, there constant smell of marijuana in the buildings, and not to menition there is a mice problem! Prices are constanlty rising. I would not recommend you moving there.
