Morgan View is soo disgusting. First off, rats, mice, robberies, car thefts, what else can you say' Maintenance doesn't do anything, the management staff is always in a meeting and nothing is ever done in regards to your complaints. We have parking stickers but yet all of Baltimore is constantly in and out of the place. I cannot wait until my lease is up so I can move out. Seriously, someone needs to contact the housing authorities about this place or the news. I may just do that. This place is ghetto and unworthy of the rent they charge you. The grocery store that they so call have on site is over priced and not soo good..the residents are not advised that there shouldn't be loud music, weed smoking, selling, or anything illegal going on. You cannot pick up your packages when you need them and they treat the residents as if you are doing them a favor by staying there and none of the office staff knows anything!!! what the hell!! they need to change this whole building into a dormitory
they have washer and dryer connections in the units but..uh..duh..you cant hook them up. the rats and mice are terrible and you call the pest control and they just bring rat traps..which you can do yourself..it's a waste of money...just get yourself an apartment off campus and parents just dont bring your children here..its ghetto and morgan as a ------- american institution should be ashamed of marketing this thing with their name..
