Morgan View Is Awful

Morgan View is the worst place to live besides being on campus. There is constantly a stench when you walk in the building. The elevators and hallways are disgusting, holes on the walls, and there is even blood spattered along the walls and floors. There are always liquor bottles and other types of trash around the area, in the hallways, elevator, and steps. The fire alarm is constantly going off, it gets to the point that you never know if there is a real emergency to either bother getting out of your bed at night. There is a serious problem with rodents, ants, and roaches. For this type of condition you would be better off living in the projects. The management staff is lazy and they never know what there doing. They constantly lose leases and tell you false information. Morgan View also charges $100 for a parking permit for the facility, but whether you have a parking permit or not, you still may get towed just for the heck of it. Morgan View has no control over there staff and residents, they need to be put under new management and make a lot of changes. By the next year or two, students won t even want to be housed at the facility, and the apartment complex will be forced to make better judgments to there center.

Hi Guys I am developer looking into building new student housing in the baltimore area...I find you're feedback very on services not being provided by Morgan View to be very important...
What services that you feel should be offered by the property management are not currently not being offered?
Also how important is parking to you? Does Morgan offer suitable parking space?

this article is a bit old but never the less, it's still active so i'll add my two cents. i am a resident at the facility and i disagree with the anonymous writer. m.view has issues (as does everywhere) but it's not the worst plasce ever to live. the major issue here is cost... the amount charged for rent is crazy $560 monthly for a rather small room. in terms of cleanliness, i'd give the view a 6.57 out of 10. the management staff has turned over several times since 2005 and the present staff i'd say works hard to help living conditions be what they should be. all i can say is don't judge this book by it's cover. come take a look.
