Lived in Morgan View for two years. The only good thing about it is the freedom of having your own apartment without sharing a bedroom like in campus dorms. However this doesn't outweigh the negative qualities about it. It is faar too expensive; the rent has almost increased by 200 dolarrs in the past 2 years. The students do not respect the property, and do the most disgusting things; from thwoing their trash in the laundry, to puttin feces (literally) in washing machines i guess as a "practical joke". The safety is also horrific. I morgan state student was murdered last year in a Morgan View Apartment, and also countless number of people have been robbed at gun point. The best decision that i made in my four years attending Morgan State was to move out of Morgan View
