Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
Morgan View is a very bad place to move. The rooms are extreamly small and over priced. It a bad area to live in. You or your parents will be paying this place off long after you've graduated! Its not a good idea, you can rent a appartment with a room-mate for less then the going price at Morgan View.
