I lived there for two years in two different apartments. I had a two bedroom and then moved to a one bedroom. The two bedroom was on the bottom floor and the one bedroom was on the top floor. I loved both apartments. In my two bedroom we had no issues at all. We had very quiet neighbors and no real issues. In my one bedroom got mice. I thought it was strange because we were on the second floor and I didnt have them at the other apartment. I hated not having a washer and dryer but that is a personal preference. Its nice for people who cant afford a lot and its so close to UMBC that a lot of young people live there. My buildings weren't loud like some of the other reviews but its a great starter apartment. The staff was nice, but the manager could be nicer. Oh and btw they painted lines in the parking lot, and it is not dangerous!
