The first two years, this was tolerable. The building was old, I had tire stolen off of my car, but it was affordable and conveniently located. After a change in on-site manager and upstairs neighbors, it became intolerable. The laundry room flooded every couple of months, storage bins weren't emptied when people moved out, and a leak from the upstairs bathroom to my living room was never repaired.
