Althought the price is not bad and at first glance its a nice place, I had several troubles with the managment company and office staff. I had several maintence issues that took large amounts of time to fix for no apparent reason and was actually stolen from by a cleaning crew hired. They do a poor job of plowing in the winter! Sidewalks are almost never done and the parking lots are poorly done. Maybe I'm biased being fron upstate NY were they plow timely and properly but still. I was stranded at my apartment for 3 days after the big storm because no one ever plowed. parking and location are adequate. Seems like a safe neighborhood to me but I am moving out as soon as I find a nicer place.
