While living at Mt. Washington Apt. At first I thought things were going to work out fine. But after repeatedly coming home to my apartment and finding that "someone" had been in there with out leaving a note on the door as to why they entered without my knowledge was not acceptable. Maintenance seems to be severely understaffed. During the winter months, residents actually had to shovel their own walkways. A leaky roof, that turned into mold on the wall of my bedroom provided for a very unpleasant living space, and after calls to report it were unanswered I had to sleep in the living room to avoid inhaling the mold which I am allergic to. To this day the situation has yet to be resolved.



For the price that it cost to rent there, you can find several other apartments in the area of much better service and quality.
