Post move out problems!!!

I lived here for 1 1/2 years with few problems. Upon leaving, I was blind sided with ureasonable costs. For example, I was charged $400 for a carpet replacement even though the carpet was relatively clean and the fact that the manager told me that I need not worry about cleaning the carpet for the move out inspection. To make matters worse, they are charged for a problem that came about becuase of a moisture problem in their building not becuause of any damage i caused. Sad real sad/ No wonder their rating is below 20%
