This place is very very very nice until you encounter a problem and by asking for help with that problem the management gets VERY defensive and ignorant. If this place had better management and better maintainence it woule be great. Closet doors fall off all the time. Very outdated apartments. The maintainence guys look like criminals and leave mud tracks on your carpet but forget to leave a note saying they came in your apartment. The maintainence manager is RUDE and the apt management staff are unattentive and disrespectful. I would never renew a lease here so if you sign one just PRAY nothing goes wrong or else you are on your OWN!The manager ------ is a snake once you sign that lease she is a real cruella deville I have to constantly call her manager about her attitude problem and rudeness.Maintanence STEALs so be careful!

I have also experienced problems with the manager and her complete unprofessionalism, which I had to contact Maryland Mgmt Company about. Is there any way I could have your email so we could discuss this further? This should not be tolerated by MMC or the tenants.

am so glad I read this review. I find this manager really rude and unprofessional. I can't wait to leave this place. I still have 1 month to suffer here. One time I set an appointment to see her at 2:00 pm, and she said, Can you come at 2:30pm? And I said, Ok, I 'll see you then. On the day of our appointment, I arrived 10 minutes earlier, and guess what? She's gone. The other leasing guy told me that she stepped out just 10 minutes ago. So, I waited for half-an hour in the office. As I was about to leave, she came back. I told her about my appointment and she wasn't apologetic. Very very unprofessional. I really hope the management would hear our complaint about this woman.
