Living here was very normal. Could hear the neighbors very clearly but I stay up late so it was no big deal. Washer/dryer was in an absolute cavern but hey, I'm a college student and I've lived in worse places. The rats would clearly irritate somebody with higher standards than myself as well.

My problem came when automatic bill pay expired and I wasn't aware of it. Instead of a polite phone call asking if everything was ok, I got a court summons. I don't know what caliber of criminals they're used to dealing with, but I hadn't missed a payment in a year. Very disappointed about how quickly they pulled the trigger on me. Now if you'll excuse me, I have to take a day off work to sit in a court room just to hand them a receipt. Goodluck here, just don't do anything to piss them off.
