I am so glad I read this review. I find this manager really rude and unprofessional. I can't wait to leave this place. I still have 1 month to suffer here. One time I set an appointment to see her at 2:00 pm, and she said, Can you come at 2:30pm' And I said, Ok, I 'll see you then. On the day of our appointment, I arrived 10 minutes earlier, and guess what' She's gone. The other leasing guy told me that she stepped out just 10 minutes ago. So, I waited for half-an hour in the office. As I was about to leave, she came back. I told her about my appointment and she wasn't apologetic. Very very unprofessional. I really hope the management would hear our complaint about this woman.

Did you contact Resident Services? If not, you should. I think with enough complaints they will have to do something about her customer service. If you don't have the number its 410-553-9251, ask for Mary since she handles all of Mt. Washington's complaints.

You have to call Maryland Managements management company to get REAL results with kristy she closes the leasing office to go to the market around the corner and lost our rent twice!
