My husband and I only lived there for a month, here's my feelings:

Positive:
Beautiful neighborhood, plenty of parking, quite, near downtown, affordable,close to shopping and mass transit the 695 and 83.

Negative: (in the 1 bedroom we had) kitchen does not have a drawer for silverware, very small bathroom, no central air

I've read about rats and bugs. I didn't have issues with either although I did see a few rats outside near the stream that ran in front of our apartment. The only time I saw bugs was a cricket and spider the day we moved in. Laundry room wasn't as bad as I expected. Wish there were more than one of each per building though.

Management was fine with me, but of course, they'd be nice to us, we lived in the apartment for one month and paid for 3 for our lease.
