I moved in last fall and I love the area and the community. The leasing agent(s) were very helpful! They gave me everything I needed to know about the area: shopping, Colleges, market, etc. I relocated here from another state so that was very important to know where to go. The neighborhood is so quiet I don't even hear the kids! The area has a large Jewish populations and because they don't drive on the weekends it ideally cuts back on the traffic which is perfect to take walks along the roadside! Even though Mt. Washington is located on the city line, you'd never know it! There studios have private entries so it give my apartment more of a homely feel!

Lie! Leasing agents are NOT helpful. Although the immediate area around the apartment is pleasant, everything else you have to deal with here will not be worth it. They will eventually find a way to make your life very unpleasant. Don't believe this review. You will be sorry. I will be contacting Maryland Management Company soon to complain about fake reviews that mislead people.

Gotta agree with this response. Pretty much ANY review titled "Home Sweet Home" is a big red flag to me.

I have lived here for 5 years, and I see nothing out of the ordinary with this review. It seems truthful to me, and accurately describes the area. Obviously spooky981 and ihatemtwashington have had problems with management, but I have only had problems with one person who didn't work here very long, and that was almost 5 years ago. Other than that incident I have always gotten good service.
