This apartment complex has the full spectrum of quality living. From the natural woodsy beauty surrounding the complex to the top notch pool facility to the general quality of the people currently living there. The apartments themselves are well maintained and spread evenlty through the complex so as not to create a crowded feeling. The complex itself is just a hop skip and a jump away from all the downtown Mt. Washington hotspots as well as the light rail station. On the whole, this is a great place to live for pretty much anyone.

This is another untruthful review. If you'll notice it centers on the only good feature of the place-the grounds are nice. Everything negative is casually ignored. Either a manager wrote this or an idiot.

Whats scary is that even though these reviews are invented by the leasing office, it still increases their rating percentage. However anyone with a brain would know that ONLY a sales person would title a review "secluded beauty". Please.

I have lived here for 5 years, and I can assure you there is NO POOL. And "downtown Mt. Washington" is a couple of blocks with tiny shops and restaurants. The only interesting thing in "downtown Mt. Washington" is the original fully restored historic tavern - but even that can't claim it's a "hot spot"! Folks, if you haven't figured it out by now, there is no such thing as "downtown" Mt. Washington! Mt. Washington can't even be called a town - it's a neighborhood, nothing more. This review is so fake. And, just to make sure you got the point: THERE IS NO POOL!!!
