I've lived at the apartment complex for over a year and a half. I'm a young professional who barely spends half the week in my apartment. In general people leave you alone but the walls are paper thin and you can hear whatever your neighbors are doing. The maintenance staff seems to wander about the premises a lot without any clear direction and will park in places that make it difficult for you to park in your spot. I never was late with payment so I'm not sure of the forgiveness of management but anytime I called them with a question and left a message I never got a call back.
