Northbrooke has the worse maitnence men EVER. They fix a problem then the next day the problem re-occur. They come out AGAIN. And its like the same thing all over again. The rent is almost 800 dollars and JUST for a TOWNHOME. You've got to be kidding. The Leasing Office court is inviting but not the rest of them. The playground has no swings. Some courts I've seen have BAD Parking. Neighbors throwing out food and causing a lot of bugs and birds to come. Its just a MESS. But the Parking has got to be by far THE WORST. Some courts hold about 30-45 cars. Others hold like 20. Especially Mercury Ct. I had to park in this court one day and couldn't find a parking spot ANYWHERE. Mainly because the residents double park and waste parking spots. If your thinking about living in a townhome. CHECK OUT THE HOUSE YOU WANT FIRST. Make sure you have an INSPECTER with you too.
