I would have to say NO!!!

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006
 
This place has the worst maintenance department. They have been coming to fix my outlets for the past year and a half. They are quick to come to your unit and complain about what you have done but, will not do their work right. And the roaches are bad. Without a cat I don't know how bad the mice would be. November 1st is not coming fast enough!!....
