I hate this dump. This place has fast mice and water bugs. The staff/ maintenance only keep up certain courts. For example, like the court in the renters guide. But all the other courts are run down. The neighbors and staff are rude as hell. We made a complaint to the leasing office they only sent out notes for everyone to remember what s in their lease. These people here don't care about themselves or you. They let their children destroy your property and the leasing office will do nothing. They said they will call the police to surveillance the area more. I haven't seen the police yet. I'm breaking my lease early. I can't take living like I'm in prison. I hate to call this place home. So please take my warning. Don't move here because you will be sorry like me.

I know you aint never lied. I used to work there, let me tell you call the health department. They have a seperate log just for mice. Have you ever heard of such, oh and the regional manager Janette, trash... has no compassion for the residents and trust and believe she never paid rent to live there. If your ever late on your rent and they sent you that paper with the amount you need to pay to stop the eviction all you have to pay is that amount, don't let them trick you into paying more when you get to the rental office that is their mistake.Ask more questions whenever you want.I'll give yall all the answers.
