Overall a good apartment. Water is the only utility covered by the landlord. The tenant is responsible for gas and electric. Apartment is modest in size and the kitchen and bathroom are fairly small. The largest room would probably be the bedroom. The area is very quiet at night even during the weekends. So far I have not had any safety problems. Though I usually park my car near my apartment and lock my apartment doors and windows when I leave. I am somewhat disappointed by the outward appearance of the apartment. Compared to apartments in the surrounding area, this apartment seems to be the least well maintained. However the inside of the apartment is well kept. I have not had any rodent problems nor any major bug problems. Just a few occasional spiders. As I said before, this apartment is a good apartment for the rent you pay.
