I have been living here for 11 years now. And i am moving from Oak View because of a better move for my job. But i must say in the past 3 years this property has upgraded from 65% to 90% new management has made alot of changes for the better. We as people do not know how to do change since your so used to the samething everyday. The property is kept up so good the halls always smell good in the morning. Maintance is on time and the manager is sweet as pie. Yes i would refer anyone to live here you want things done in a timely manner you want to feel good about coming home. This is your place to be far well Oak View i have enjoyed my time here(oh and no MICE)!!!!!!!!

This post made me LOL because it is so obviously written by someone in management of Oakview. First off, there's no playground at OAk View...concrete abounds on the property. It is quiet there UNTIL school lets out and the summers when the teenagers are allowed to run wild while management does absoultely nothing to control them. Maintenance did complete repairs within a reasonable amount of time, though, so I don't want to slam them. There was also a registered sex offender living on the grounds when I lived there, and the police also came knocking on my door after someone got stabbed behind my building. Oak View is a mess, Maryland Management is a mess, and I've turned them all in to the Attorney General.

I wish I had the luck that you have. U must clean with cat pee or something, because as much as I clean I have found no way to keep these mice away. I am beyond clean and the mice seem to love it. They love it so much that they ate my toilet tissue.
