I am shock to see that someone would send pictures of mice!!! Now keep it real those pictures clearly shows trash, and a dirty floor. I live here now and have been for some years now. If people clean up behide themselves and take their trash out AND PUT IT IN THE DUMPSTER then they would not have that problem. When i have called the office the manager get's the job done she calls back and times she has came to my home to make sure! That shows she cares this person has a problem with management period MAYBE LATE WITH RENT. The manager do not own Oak View she runs Oak View and does a DAMN good job. And yes we have BALTIMORE COUNTY POLICE OFFICERS here i have spoken with them seen them on the property! Would i tell someone about Oak View yes the office manager has help a lot of people with the situations no matter if it was big or small. The maintenace person says he runs hard because she do not want any unhappy residents.

Good point about the trash and the dumpster. One thing about that though - the dumpster was always just an aiming point for trash and the area was always littered by broken garbage bags that missed it, so old food containers and garbage was laying around for days. Approaching the dumpster was unpleasant, at best. I never saw any manager away from her desk except to tell me the office was closed, and litter in the hallways would be frequently replaced by more litter in the hallways. I suppose the reason I saw mice so often was that my apartment was kept so clean that they had to go looking for something to eat, which they never found in my place, but that didn't stop them from making their little forays into the living room. Cute little guys, but not an option that I wanted with the place. Never saw a cop except for the drive-bys and they were gone as soon as they could get out of there.

Beeyotch please! You dont know me like that, coming up in here trying to dissect my kitchen floor. Fall back homie! FYI, I pay my rent on the friggin first of the month every single month so kindly take your foolishness and get the hell out of my way. Of course you love Oakview, you must be one of them extra ghetto ass people who live here. Or even worse, you might be the dumbass who lives in my building and lets her stupid boyfriend bump music at 3am in the morning. Uh uh, birds of a feather flock together! Pshewwwwwwww!

blah blah...someone is taking this kinda personal. Makes me wonder who may have written this. HMMM Oak view is what it is...Mice infection...RUN! Come get a hug :) "Lets keep it real!!!!!!! you all should clean up!!"
