I must agree with the review beneath mine. I have lived here since March 2008 and have not had any issues. In fact I have enjoyed my new home alot. The staff (Glenda, Michael, Kim, Brandon & Jonathan) are all extremely helpful and respond to requests very quickly. I would recommend this complex to anyone that is looking to rent a nice place, with courteous staff.

Parking-We have abundant parking in the Hallfield Manor complex and I feel very safe leaving my car, even when not home.

Noise-You can hear the neighbors walking upstairs but you need to hold a glass to your ear on the ceiling to hear anything else.

Grounds-The landscaping is very well groomed and is attractive to the eye.

Safety-Even living right on Belair Road in Perry Hall, I feel very safe here. I have not experienced any unusual behavior except for the random people that duymp trash.

Construction-These units were built very well by Town & Country many many years ago and the current management company has done very well in keeping them just as nice. My only suggestions would be a larger balcony and that the sub floor needs to be screwed to the joists.

Maintenance-I have no experienced any major issues since I have resided here.

Staff-I think my comments above speak volumes.
