Im writing this review because Mike from the office asked me to go on here and do so, and I am willing to do so because Mike and all the staff here are really nice. I can't tell you how many times I call the office to look out for a package for me, and they watch for it and hold it in the office for me until I can get there to pick it up saving me a trip to UPS. Mike even stayed late one time (5minutes) because I was running late.....:) I really love the staff.

And the Townhouse is beautiful. I love my Kitchen and I love the back patio area. I keep my daughters bike back there unlocked and never had anything happen, and I've been here for three years.

Although I seldom call for maintenance, the few times I have, Johnathan the maintenance guy came over the same day! to fix my closet rod. :)

The neighbors are nice and area is nice and my daughters love the school there at (joppa view elementary - perry hall middle)
