EXTREAMLY quiet place to live.
The only noise you will ever hear is the dinging of the elevator on your floor or the occasional voice in the hallway.
The Bldg.
used ot be a hotel I believe, so it is built to be quiet.
We could blast our stereo and not bother anyone.
Dry cleaners and a gym downstairs.
Mini-mart around the corner and an AWESOME coffee shop downstairs.
Just don't eat at the aisian buffet.
It's got a bad rep.
The maint.
staff was very nice and quick.
Cleaning crew are great, and there is a wonderful concierge on the 24th floor (also a suite shoppe) who will hold or deliver your mail/packages.
MGMT is awesome.
They live on-site too.
Leasing team is great, except when they have a temp.
The only problems I had was with Lil, one of the front desk ladies.
She can have a really bad attitude or just be a stuck-up snob.
That, and I wish the free coffe was on 24/7 instead of just the mornings.
Also, no grocery stores downtown! They are a long drive away, so I suggesting having your groceries deliverd.
The elevators also seem to be VERY SLOW durring 3-6 PM
Directly on a bus line and 1 block from the subway.
4-5 blocks from the harbor.
The building is very secure, but there are a bunch of wierdos and beggars outside (ALL THE TIME) Just be on your way.
Baltimore is basically one big ghetto with a few nice parts.
This apartment and a few around it are the nice parts.
