We have lived at the Oakwood Apartments (now Park Charles Apartments and a Signature Management Property) for 22 months, and have had problems with leakage in the guest bedroom for more than a year with management knowing of this problem.
All we have received are excuses, excuses, excuses.
Management of the facility has taken a very blasi attitude as well as the maintenance staff, especially the maintenance supervisor.
Would I recommend this apartment, not on your life! Stir clear of it.
The garage is always leaking (something), one never actually knows what it is.
The concrete floor is coming apart and the parking attendants get to sleep on the job - especially the night attendants.
Nice work if you can get it!
If you are wondering why I still live here, hopefully I won't much longer.
The only thing good is the view which is spectacular especially at night, when it's snowing and wonderfully relaxing when it rains.
