This apartment community is fine if you are a student who does not spend much time at home.

Anyone else should look elsewhere for housing.

Management is dishonest and shifty, maintenance staff is unprofessional and clueless.

The property manager lives in the building and yet does nothing to imrove the quality of the community.

It is a nice building but for the amount of rent you pay it is not a good value.

Apartments have been known to have roaches and mice with leaks occuring everytime it rains.
