Overall, we have enjoyed the Park Charles for the convenient location, the front desk and maintenance staff, the parking, and the views.
But management is management -- construction delays aren't reported, problems aren't always explained the first time (staff end up telling the real story!), etc.
But they are nice.
Elevators are slow, we can hear the bus announce the stop across the street, and our neighbor complains when we play the piano! Southern Management isn't as good as the other managers were -- no more free coffee all day and no more free Balt Suns!

I agree with this review. The management staff is a little shady and often gives you the run around, if you want the truth the front desk staff and maintenance staff are the best people to ask.
