not the best but not the worst

Years at this apartment: 2001-01-01 - 2005-01-01
 

This apartment community was very nice when I first moved in about 4 years ago.

Since then it has gone down mostly due to the management company and the caliber of residents now living here.

The building is old and has some structural issues, which sometimes causes trouble with leaky windows and roaches.

The staff is prompt in responding to concerns but don't really know how to fix things right the first time.

If you can afford better go for it, if not this place is better than some others.
