Years at this apartment: 2004-01-01 - 2005-01-01
I have lived at Park Charles for over a year and I have found the place to be quite decent.
First to mention the not so good things about this place: The noise levels are very minimal on my floor but the walls are somewhat thin and occasionally I can hear my neighbor stirring around in the apartment.
The complex is currently being renovated so its taking somewhat a long time to be done but im sure it will be nice when finished.
The elevators tend to be slow and occasionally one will be out of order which can be a nuisance.
However, On the bright side however, I have not had any problems with my apartment.
Im not sure what the other reviews stated they have mice and roaches, but I have NEVER seen either in my apartment or even in the hallways on my floor.
My apartment unfortunately faces West Baltimore but the view is still nice.
You only pay for plug in electricity so my bill is never above 30 dollars.
The front desk staff have always been very nice and helpful and always greet you when passing through.
To this date, I have not had any problems with the management team.
The only thing I was a little annoyed with when I first moved was the high price to pay monthly for parking here but I suppose this is expected when living in downtown.
Overall I recommend this apartment, I plan to continue to live here until I move from MD for job purposes.
