This apartment complex leaves a lot to be desired for the price.
Roaches abound, the complex does have an extermination service but they only come once or twice a month.
Parking stinks, and management does not have any deals with the parking company to make it better for residence.
Current monthly price is $140.00.
Maintenance is a little slow to respond and often make things worse instead of better.
Management is okay, but not what you would expect at these prices.
Bottom line better apartments exist in the area.
