From the first day, I fell in love with the apartment complex. The neighbors are very friendly and the children of the area are nice as well. Everything you need (groceries, Wal-Mart, etc) is conveniently located within a mile (5 minutes, tops while driving) from the center of Park Crescent. The apartments are large enough for my roommate and myself (and we both stand 6 feet tall) to move around comfortably. The A/C works like a charm and our refrigerator and stove work flawlessly. I can almost find nothing to complain about. The only notable thing was that I saw a roach the other day in the bathroom, but after I killed it, I haven't seen any more. Our apartment is kept squeaky clean so I don't think we'll see too many more of those.
Park Crescent is revising their policy as of the 15th of June, 2009 to allow small pets in each apartment. Which means, I can bring my pet kitten that I had to leave at home with my mother.
We haven't seen any rodents, but having my kitten will solve that problem before it starts. The maintance staff keep the complex very clean and I never have a problem with parking. Unlike some apartment complexes, Park Crescent doesn't have a contract with a towing company to tow cars in the early morning, which is great. They just ask that you obey all the signs and they'll leave you alone.
The office staff is very friendly and seem willing to help you with any problem that you may have.
I'd highly recommend this place to my friends and family if they need somewhere to live. I definately see myself living here for a while.
