Lived there for three years while attending school. The staff were always professional and friendly. The maitenance tech were always cordial and responded to situations the same day. There was one instance when I called at around closing time but someone from the maitenance staff still came over to fix the problem. Also the apartments themselves are well maintained so that you do not have any real maitenance issues. We only called 3 times in the 3 years we lived there.
The only annoyance is that the walls are a bit thin, and you can hear your neighbors at times.
Otherwise I would recommed these garden style apartment homes for families or young singles. The area is well lit, maintained and safe.
