I have lived at Park Raven Apartments for two years, and endure many problems with the leasing office here. The leasing office missing place our apartment key (i.e. one of the maintenance staff who is no longer with park raven apartment walked off with are spare key), our apartment was attempt to be broken into twice, the apartment police officer and the local police did nothing (did not even file a report), and an entire DVD collection was taken by a member of their maintenance (it was speculated that one of my friends took my DVDs by the management staff; I do not have any friends that live anywhere close to Maryland). Want is interesting is that the leasing Manager claim that all of her employees goes through a extensive background check and are bounded, when one month later the entire maintenance staff is fired without any other the residences knowledge.
Sale sale sale no the motto here is lie lie lie. The average increase of renter payment is about 4 8%. Here at Park Raven that increase has jump from 7% to 12%. This is any outrageous percentage by anyone standard; and you are not getting what you paid for. No security, increase of crime, ant infestation throughout the year (no, we do not have food or trash thrown about the apartment), an absence maintenance, and an outdated d cor through the entire complex. I am so glad that we moved.
So please do as the heading states avoid at all cost. Yes I did use spell check before I submitted.
