Park Raven Apartments

The Great BATE and SWITCH !!! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 7/22/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008   Im currently a resident at Park Raven and honestly I would not have signed my lease if I had known before hand that I would have to deal with the constant harassment from the Property Manager. I was refered to the community by a friend that lived here at the time and liked it. But little did I know, they liked it because they lived in the same building that the leasing office resides!!!!! However, when I looked at the model and the vacant I liked the space. Needless to say I rented. Well from the day I moved in until now, I am absolutely miserable. I have to have the exterminator in here every week for roaches!!!!!! This is ridiculous...... I never in my life had to live in such means. Then when you have to call the office to complain, The manager says "What do you want me to do about it'" What I want to do is slap her!!!! It is so bad that at night I have to run from my car to the building just so Those lighter sized roaches won't attack me. Seriously, I am escorted everynight to the entry door by these creatures. I have tried to reason with the staff here but they just don't care. They just want your rent on time.
