Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
I lived here for six months and I canceled my lease because of the mice problem. It was horrible. I had killed at least 22 mice while living there for half a year. It was embarrassing. The management company is nice when they want you to sign the lease but once you sign it, you are screwed. Sewage ran into my apartment one night and majority of the things that was in my living room was destroyed. They did not replace anything that was damaged and had the nerve to take my security deposit and charge me $300 for carpet cleaning. How can I destroy the carpet when human feces was all over it' Beware it is not worth it.
