I just moved in for a second time last month. Again,this apartment is pretty desecent. So far I haven't had a problem with rodents or bugs. I do see spiders everyday but it not that bad considering the awful things i could have. The apartment is pretty small and the walls are paper thin. But other than that i don't mind living here. There is always parking spaces and management has never given me any problems, even on the weekends and after hours. They even cleaned up the bathroom after they took out the old faucets and gave me new ones. I would recommend this place to anyone who doesn't have a lot of money.
