When I saw my apartment, it was small but I said, this is what I wanted. It's only me. Not a big deal. The kitchen is small too so if you have a microwave, foremang grill, toaster, etc, you will NOT have room to put all that stuff out. The first week I was there, my apartment got broken into and they stole my playstation, a videocamera, and some shoes.
Anyway, one time my bathroom ceiling crashed in due to a leak from the upstairs neighbors. I called emergency repair and then man said he was tired (it was about 230 am) and could he come the next day, I said fine. But I couldnt use anything in the bathroom, I couldnt even take a piss. He fixed everything but I had a hole in my ceiling and could see upstairs for about 3 days. If I wanted to shower, I had to hid in the corner of the shower. But at least they gave me a rent credit for my inconvience.
Then the toliet flooded becuase of something a neighbor did...that was nasty and it ruined things on my closet floor and messed up the carpet.
I have mice. They are bold. They come out all the time and creep around the house. I got all the holes closed but they manage to live in the stove, air conditioner, under the sink. I have had the exterminator come but the mice are right back the next week.
You get free cable. So if you are strapped for cash, and don't mind mice, then go ahead and get this place.
