I have been living at Parkside for 2 years now and its not not bad. My problems are that my neighbors are loud, the man next door plays loud music vibrating my walls and the lady upstairs has her kids stomping around and being loud. I started off in April in a 2 bedroom, then i TRANSFERED in August to a 2 bedroom with a deck. I let my lease automatically renew one year and the following I sent a three months notice in January that I would not be renewing my April lease. I found a place to move and right before I moved they told me that I had to pay two additional months after I moved because when I TRANSFERED my lease it automatically started over so my lease wasnt over until August now. Then they tried to say they never got a 3 month notice from me even though I mailed it with my rent which was paid on time. LIARS. The windows are old which lets in alot of cold air. If you put your hand in front of the window in the winter time your can feel the cold air blowing your curtains up.The carpet is cheap but other than that, it's not that bad being as though i moved in when i was 19 yrs old.
