Diamond in the rough.

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
 
I've lived here for 1 1/2 years. Great complex. Great price for the area. I lived in one of the new buildings, only 1 tenant before me, so the place was in great condition. Good parking, no maintenance problems, good space in my 2BR. All for just under $700/month. I wish I didn't have to leave (moving to Philly) :(
