My roommate and I lived in a 2-bedroom in a 13-year old building right off Silver Spring Road. The couple next door's domestic disputes could be heard word for word through the living room wall (I am not kidding when I say I feel sorry for their child), the bombing bass from the stereo of the tenant below came right up through the floor, and the ROACHES always got away rent-free. Disgusting!
The snow/ice removal in 2000 was horrible, and the woman in the office (against my will I will leave her nameless) always seemed offended if you reported a problem.
Also the carpet was very cheap. The lint filled up a vacuum bag in five minutes of vacuuming. The bottom-floor neighbors left their trash in the hallway also.
Just don't go there!!!!

Update: Ok fine..her name is JUDY and she's a -----, snob, etc. She acts like she assumes ALL the tenants are ghetto filth when you try to report a maintenance issue like the ROACHES!!! I'm not surprised to hear the brand new buildings built in 2000 suck just as much as the rest of the buildings.
