Where do I begin' How about the office staff. Judy is just plain NASTY. In a conversation about the condition of the laundry room (filthy) Judy told my wife that we should be happy that "well you have a place to wash our clothes"'! They also NEVER returned any of our calls for maintenence issues. Bugs' roaches mostly, everywhere! I won't say that Perry Hall Apts is biased, just take my word for it, they need to read the fair housing law. I'll let you figure that out as I cannot say the truth here. Judy also told us that we should really consider moving and just leave her alone. We did, and they tried to sabotage with threats of lawsuits if we left "a single nail hole in any wall". After getting an attorny of my own, Perry Hall Apts decided to leave us alone.

It seems that they are still in the practice of bullying their residents at the first sign of displeasure with the management/grounds/buildings.

you people are unbelievable..if u dont want problems buy your own house and even if you do that you will still have problems...i know ten people that live there and i myself have been there hundreds of times their are not any bugs whatsoever end esp not roaches..u must have been doing some pretty good drugs to be seeing imaginary bugs...the office manager obviously has to deal with alot so yeah she might be nasty sometimes..i dont knwo the woman but it is understandable that she might be grouchy..everything that your saying is a crock..and 95 percent of the people that live their seem happy so that manager office staff and maintenance must be doing something right! -K
