When I first moved in, it was pretty quiet. My immediate neighbors were nice but usually kept to themselves. After living there for a year the residents below me became more argumentative. There were a couple nights where I was woken up due to a screaming match outside under my window. The cops visited my building a couple of times. I wasn't crazy about the parking. It seems that since there were not actual lines painted on the pavement, people had problems parking their cars straight. As for the office staff, they really didn't make me feel comfortable. I don't remember any thing in particular, but when I went to pay rent I never felt welcomed. Other than those issues, the place was livable.
