PH Apartments are what they are. You're getting a low rent apartment and you get what you pay for. If you don't break things, you should have no problems. The maintance team is very quick to respond. The only issue is managment when you leave. Then will try to nickle and dime you on everything. All in all it is still a good value for what you get.
