I lived in these apartments for one year and i am looking to move back in. It is in a good area and close to everything. I never had any problems with the nieghbors and the price was definatly affordable. Great place to live SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ

Wait until you try to leave after your lease is up, or when you need to break it. Also wait until you renew your lease, they have and will up your rent by at least $40.

40 dollar increase is nothing...and perfectly legal.... Inflaction is going up too...gas...food...taxes..why not rent?
Besides, you probably are not paying top dollar but a "reduced rent" from a special. So 40 is perfectly normal
