About a year ago we moved from Perry Hall apartments, for the simple reason you weren't allowed to have pets. We loved the apartment otherwise. I felt safe, & we never had any problems. My only complaint is the one laundry room with 2 washers/2dryers for 2 buildings. Not enough for 2 buildings, and its gross you gotta wash your clothes in the dirty trash room that smells AWFUL! I would definitely rent there again if they allowed pets, much better then my dump of an apartment now. DONT RENT AT SKYLARK POINTE!
