Too little for too much!

Although the community feels safe and most of the apartments are renovated lets face it - the apartments are old and run down.

The leasing office doesn't seem to have any idea what is going on.

The maintenance staff is unresponsive.

For $700 a month for a one bedroom I expect someone to be able to tell me when my carpet will be fixed.

It was partially removed after a flood two weeks ago and still has not been repaired.
All I can say is good luck! Because the old adage "you get what you pay for" certainly doesn't apply here!
