Great place for the money ....

I have lived at Pickwick Apartments for 7 years now and have no plans to move anytime in the near future.

I love my unit! The maintenance has been outstanding--usually within 24 hours, if not the same day.

Grounds are well kept.

I especially love the 4-day trash pickup service.

Office staff has always been courteous and responsive to my concerns.
